Davon Mason
Associate IT Analyst
Davon is responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks for the organization’s Information Technology (IT) department. This includes installing, maintaining, and monitoring all software and hardware systems.
Davon attended Community College of Baltimore County, where he graduated with multiple certificates in the IT field while working at Target. He then discovered NPower, a nonprofit organization that helps underprivileged individuals obtain experience in IT. During his time at NPower, he became an IT intern at EdTrust, before being hired as an associate IT analyst.

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
Playing video games competitively and landscape photography.

Being a part of an amazing organization that is filled with so much positivity, diversity, and inspiration to make a change in the education system is something that I will be grateful for my entire life.
