Felecia is a seasoned professional dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO and President of EdTrust, Denise Forte. In doing so, she enhances the effectiveness and productivity of the senior leadership team.

Prior to joining Ed Trust, she worked as an executive assistant at FedChoice Federal Credit Union. Over the past decade, she has spent her career supporting various C-suite teams.

She attended the University of Maryland University College studying Business Administration, near where she grew up in Prince George’s County.

What drew you to education? 
After having two children, I moved to a specific school zone to ensure they would receive the best education possible. But a child’s education should not depend on a zip code. That’s when I became interested in education and education reform.
