Shannon Ross

Shannon Ross is the founder and executive director of The Community, which employs deep in-reach and outreach to help bring society and the system-impacted community be exactly where they need each other to be. After 17 years in prison, Shannon was released in 2020, and has since become a founding partner of Paradigm Shyft: Reentry Strategies and Consulting, a fellow at Marquette University, a Represent Justice alum, and a grateful first-time father with a master’s in sustainable peacebuilding from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
