We envision a Texas where every student learns in a safe and welcoming classroom, is supported by effective educators, attends a well-resourced school, and graduates with a clear pathway to economic opportunity.

What We Do

Texas students, families, and educators are too often excluded from the decisions that shape their communities, schools, and futures. The result is an education system in which access to excellent educators, advanced coursework, college opportunities, and career pathways can still depend on a student’s race, income, or ZIP code.

EdTrust in Texas works to change that. We combine policy expertise, research, advocacy, and coalition-building to advance an education system that recognizes every student’s potential and provides every community with the resources and opportunities needed to thrive.
